Any restaurant or store in town — even ones that haven't partnered with us yet. Tell us where and what, our driver picks it up at the counter and pays with our card. Same honest fees.

The hold below is temporary — after pickup we charge the actual receipt total + delivery fee + service fee + tip, and release or charge any difference.

Fair questions

What does delivery actually cost?
Two fees, both capped: a 20% delivery fee ($4.99 minimum, $14.99 maximum) that goes to your driver, and a 5% service fee ($2.99 maximum) that keeps Golden Hour running. No markups, no small-order penalties, no surge pricing.
Are menu prices the same as in the restaurant?
Yes. We never mark up menus, and restaurants pay us 0% commission — so there's no markup to pass on to you. What you see is the counter price.
How do I pay?
Secure card payment at checkout. Every dollar goes through Golden Hour's Stripe account first — your driver and the restaurant are paid out from there. No cash at the door, no surprises.
Does my driver get the tip?
100% of it. After delivery you can rate your driver and add a tip — every cent goes straight to them.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 15 miles of each restaurant — set your delivery address above and we'll show you what's near you.
I own a restaurant — what's the catch?
No catch. 0% commission, free listing, and you keep the full menu price on every order. Our delivery fee comes from the customer, not from you.
